Description:
Dichotomy – a division into two sharply distinguished groups or classes.
Dyad – Two individuals forming one relationship.
Dichotomies for Dyads: A Handbook for Recognizing and Resolving Personality Conflicts in Relationships
is a break from the letter codes and memorization that are the
foundation of personality books. Most of the self-help books written
concerning Jungian or Myers/Briggs personality type theory require
knowledge of the theory itself and the jargon that surrounds its use
and understanding. This text frees the individual to learn about
themselves and others using the Dichotomies of psychological type,
without the need to memorize special language. Written for the
individual with no background in personality theory, this text contains
clear language that can be readily applied to any Dyad. The reader will
quickly gain an understanding of current and past personality based
conflicts that will help them to develop a new appreciation for
strained relationships.
